Audio / Document Readers

• RealPlayer - This will allow you to listen to our archived Expert Forums and pre-recorded classes.
• PowerPoint Viewer - This will allow you to view PowerPoint presentations (.ppt) without the full MS PowerPoint application.
• Adobe Acrobat (PDF) Reader - This will allow you to view documents in the popular PDF format.
• WordPad - This program allows you to view Rich Text Format (.rtf) documents. It comes with Windows and is, by default, located in the Programs > Accessories section of the Start Menu.

Web Browsers

• Internet Explorer - This browser comes pre-installed on Windows, however, use Windows Update to keep your version up-to-date and your computer secure. Windows version | Mac version
• FireFox - This browser is rapidly gaining popularity as an alternative to Internet Explorer and it is available for most computers. Latest version
